This is a blog post about Solucionario de transferencia de calor, José Manrique.More than just a textbook, "Solucionario de Tranferencia de Calor" delivers everything one could need to master the subject of heat transfer. Written in an easy-to-follow and informal style, this new edition will help students and professionals of engineering and natural sciences understand the theory of heat transfer and solve problems related to it. Additionally, this revision of the book includes: * New content on thermal expansion coefficients in different materials when subjected to changes in temperature. * The effect of surface tension on thermal conductivity and heat transfer coefficients. * Application of the concepts in designing and building air-conditioning systems, heating and refrigeration equipment. * Thermal boundaries in structures; Heat transfer through roofs and walls - Slabs, floors and roofs; Heat transfer through windows; Heat transfer in filter housings. Having completed a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the Universidad Autonoma Metropolitana, Jose Ortiz Munoz worked from 1983 to 1990 as a physical scientist at Toyota Motor Corporation in Japan. This experience led him to write his master's thesis entitled "Thermal boundary condition design by discrete element method". Since 1990 he has worked at Tecnicas de Estructuras, S.A. de C.V., Mexico City, as an engineer, where he has written his doctoral thesis entitled "Tensor Method for Boundary Condition Design". Since 1999 he has worked in the area of heat transfer, thermal modeling and heat transfer. His expertise includes the computational methods involved in thermal boundary condition design through the use of the discrete element method (DEM), non-linear programming (NLP) and discrete datavisualization (DDS). He is currently working on the design of building envelope systems for solar heating, concentrating solar power energy harvesting systems and passive cooling using free wind energy sources such as hydroelectric power plants and wave power generators. Dr. Ortiz-Munoz is a member of various technical and scientific organizations such as: José Ortiz has participated in the education of more than 200 engineers and technicians and holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana-Xochimilco, México City, Mexico, 1998. He has published books on Heat Transfer and Energy Conversion topics such as "Solucionario de Tranferencia de Calor" (Solution Manual for Heat Transfer), "sistemas energéticos y sus instalaciones" (energy systems and their installations). In the United States Of America: In Mexico: Heat Transfer "Solucionario de Tranferencia de Calor" : Heat Transfer Tutorials, Solutions Manual of Heat Transfer Problems, Heat Transfer Calculators & Solved Examples of Solucionario de Tranferencia de calor. http://www.heat-transfer-tutorials.com/books-on-heat-transfer/solucionario-de-tranferencia-de-calor/ http://www.heat-transfer-tutorials. cfa1e77820
